Sunday Drive

Last night we went for our first Sunday drive in our brand new car. We had our dinner and took the dog and drove out into the countryside a bit. It was a beautiful evening and the perfect time for a drive… it was heaven!

We love the car!

Bailey totally thought so too! His little snout was stuck over my shoulder almost the whole time, sniffing frantically and trying to take in all the mysterious scents wafting in my open window.

That is, when Xander wasn’t taking sharp turns that sent him tumbling back over onto the seat.

I guess his little tummy could only take so much excitement and motion…

Uh oh

Yeah… he tossed his cookies all over the back seat. – wince –

The photo would lead you to believe that we noticed in time and managed to get him out of the car.

Wrong.

I had to clean it up off the back seat (with a beach towel that was in the car) so I shook it out onto the ground… it was disgusting.

That’s why I’m sharing with you..

Misery loves company!

Partially digested doggie biscuits aside, our first ever Soldaat Sunday Drive was complete bliss…
