One of the things that jumped out at me was <strong>Chateau de Castelbouc<\/strong> in the Gorge du Tarn.   This is what lead us to stay there for the last few days of our holiday.   It didn\u2019t disappoint!! The tiny village is built all in among the rock on the side of the canyon and is sooooo nice.
