{"id":8933,"date":"2013-01-05T10:54:06","date_gmt":"2013-01-05T09:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/?p=8933"},"modified":"2013-01-05T11:00:02","modified_gmt":"2013-01-05T10:00:02","slug":"south-of-franceseptember-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canadutch.nl\/blog\/archives\/8933","title":{"rendered":"South of France&ndash;September 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Right, well I recently wrote about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/8911\" target=\"_blank\">where the heck I have been<\/a>, but of course I procrastinated in following up.\u00a0 So here we go, the first trip!<\/p>\n<p>In September 2012 my husband and I went to the south of France to visit his family for 2.5 weeks.\u00a0 As usual, I absolutely freaking loved it there and didn\u2019t want to leave.\u00a0 Didn\u2019t mind coming back to the Netherlands, it was nothing like that, I just love the south of France so much I hate leaving.<\/p>\n<p>This trip was not so much about sight seeing as it was about chilling out.\u00a0 On many of our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/tag\/france\" target=\"_blank\">previous trips to France<\/a> we have done a fair bit of side trips and sight seeing.\u00a0 This time we just wanted to take it easy.\u00a0 My husband was having a stressful time at work, I was still adjusting to life after my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/tag\/gastric-bypass\" target=\"_blank\">weight loss surgery<\/a> and we just weren\u2019t in the mood to do a lot.\u00a0 We were also house\/petsitting for my father-in-law and his wife so for a portion of the trip we hung around their place cuddling their dogs and keeping their pool company.\u00a0 The only exceptions we made were a few days where we got together with other family members.<\/p>\n<p>I decided to leave my cameras home this time and only used my mobile phone to take pics with.\u00a0 I had become completely hooked on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/8154\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> and decided to have an \u2018Instaholiday\u2019.\u00a0 It was kind of fun and I admit I liked not having to edit photos, even if the quality did suffer.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than posting a long line of photos, I\u2019ve made a slideshow for your viewing pleasure!\u00a0 If you aren\u2019t sure what something is or what it is you are looking at, just click the photo and you can see the description!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/slideShow\/index.gne?set_id=72157632437083751\" height=\"600\" width=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" align=\"middle\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We really had such a great time, as we always do when we go down there.
