So I\u2019ve been getting a few mails asking where the heck I am and why I haven\u2019t been at least doing my monthly updates.\u00a0 Well, I\u2019m still alive and everything is great\u2026 so please don\u2019t worry!\u00a0\u00a0 I\u2019ve just been incredibly busy!<\/p>\n

Doing what?\u00a0 Well\u2026<\/p>\n

In September my husband and I went to the south of France where we spent time with his family and did a lot of this:<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Also a whole lot of this:<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Yeah, it was heaven!<\/p>\n

After returning from almost three weeks there, my husband left the next day for five days in Denmark, during which time I cooked a lot of meals to freeze, got together with friends and spent some time chilling because just a few days after that, I was off to Canada for a month!<\/p>\n

Yup, that\u2019s right, an entire month in Canada with my family and friends. Where I did some of this:<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>and OMG THIS!!!<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>After a hellish trip back from Canada due to delays, missed flights and a stupid amount of time spent in the airport in London.\u00a0 I got home just in time to meet up with friends for the new Twilight movie, start getting things ready for Christmas and oh yeah!!\u00a0 A week in Prague!<\/p>\n

Where I saw a lot of this\u2026<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>and did a lot of this\u2026<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>and this\u2026<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>We just returned from Prague on Friday morning. Our flight left at 7am which meant we had to get up at 4am and out the door of our rented apartment by 5am.\u00a0 It was a very busy day for me because I had plans to meet friends for lunch in Rotterdam at noon.\u00a0 I felt like such a jet setter, flying home from Prague to the Netherlands in the morning to meet up with all my international friends for lunch.<\/p>\n

I mean really, is this my life?\u00a0\u00a0 That\u2019s pretty freakin\u2019 great!<\/p>\n

Anyway, Friday was a very long day between the traveling and spending most of the day and some of the evening with friends.\u00a0 By bedtime I was already drooping on the sofa!<\/p>\n

I then had Saturday to get all our holiday laundry done, tidy up and get my stuff together because on Sunday morning I was off to Aachen, Germany\u2026 for this!<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The Aachen Christmas Market!<\/p>\n

It was a day trip organized by an expat group I belong to here in Rotterdam.\u00a0 There were seven of us going and I only knew two already so it was a day of meeting new people and doing new things.\u00a0 We all piled into a comfy big car and made the 2+ hour drive to Aachen.\u00a0 Where the girls did a LOT of this! haha<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>\u2026 while I watched and took a lot of photos like this\u2026<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>and looked at a lot of things like this\u2026<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>It was crazy cold, so we were all bundled up and got a nice photo together before we legged it to the car to get warm.<\/p>\n

\nIt was a great day!<\/p>\n

Yesterday was spent finishing up my Christmas tree and making lists, because I still have a crazy busy week ahead of me with a ladies\u2019 Christmas dinner, a get together here at my house on Sunday and somewhere before then I have to do some cooking, cleaning, turtle tank cleaning (UGH), Christmas shopping \/ wrapping \/ mailing and a list of other things.<\/p>\n

Things I haven\u2019t done is take my monthly photos and updates about my post-op experiences.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been too busy HAVING them, which is incredible!\u00a0 So many great changes and experiences, so much to tell\u2026 I will find the time soon, I promise!\u00a0 All of these trips will be blogged about at some point, I will make sure to do comparison photos when my 11th month point hits (I missed months 9 and 10, bummer).\u00a0 All will be revealed soon!<\/p>\n
