Three years ago Penny<\/a> got me a ticket to see our favorite performer in the world, PINK!<\/a>\u00a0 It was such an awesome evening and I had the most amaaaaaazing time (I\u2019m already counting the days until she is in Rotterdam again!).\u00a0 There was only one down side\u2026 one thing that sort of put a momentary damper on the experience.\u00a0 When I visited the t-shirt stand.<\/p>\n

At that time I was still around my highest weight and they didn\u2019t have any sizes bigger than XL, which I knew I could not wear at that time.\u00a0 Not wanting to walk away empty handed, I bought a t-shirt, came home, folded it and put it in my drawer.\u00a0 From time to time over the past few years I\u2019ve gotten it out and tried it on to see if it fit yet, but I\u2019d usually end up putting it back in the drawer with a sigh.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve actually worn it twice before now but both times it felt too tight, my arms didn\u2019t feel right, it was too tight around my lower belly\u2026 it just wasn\u2019t comfortable at all.\u00a0 It wasn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n

Today I put it on, and it fits. IT FREAKING FITS.\u00a0 It took me three years and one weight loss surgery<\/a>, but dammit, it fits!!!\u00a0 Not just \u201cI can get it on without ripping it\u201d kind of fits, but \u201cPut into my regular rotation of clothes\u201d fits. SWEET!<\/p>\n

I was so excited I didn\u2019t even bother to fix my hair before taking photos to share.<\/p>\n

Really should have taken the time to fix my hair haha\u00a0 Oh well, it just goes to show how comfortable I am with all of you! Right?\u00a0 Let\u2019s go with that.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m so happy!\u00a0 These small victories along the way really help me and make me feel good.\u00a0 I have about a thousand of course, so it\u2019s one constant celebration over here.<\/p>\n

Fitting into \u2018normal\u2019 t-shirts has always been a goal, there are so many that I\u2019ve seen over the years and couldn\u2019t have because I just wasn\u2019t going to get it in my size, or didn\u2019t WANT to get it in my size because sometimes plus tee\u2019s just aren\u2019t the same.<\/p>\n

Now I must get myself another t-shirt I\u2019ve been waiting to get for a long time.\u00a0 A Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock<\/a> t-shirt!\u00a0 \u2026 and if you don\u2019t know what that is from, you should be ashamed of yourself and I\u2019m not sure we can be friends.<\/p>\n
