Last night I took some wicked videos of the fireworks, with commentary and everything!\u00a0\u00a0 For some reason when I uploaded my photos, it didn’t upload the videos… but I didn’t notice.\u00a0 So this morning I deleted all the photos to make room for some morning after pics and deleted the videos.<\/p>\n

GODVERDOMME!!\u00a0 (That’s me swearing in Dutch, it’s part of my integration!)<\/p>\n

\"Fireworks<\/a><\/p>\n

Not only did I delete my videos, but last night was really foggy, and on top of that the air was totally full of smoke from fireworks.\u00a0\u00a0 So instead of seeing fireworks, the sky just changed color.\u00a0\u00a0 Man, I was pissed!<\/p>\n

I did manage to get a few photos but nothing like I imagined.\u00a0\u00a0 I remember sitting on the balcony and thinking, jeez thank god I got some video because my pictures are really gonna suck.\u00a0 Feh…<\/p>\n

\"Morning<\/a><\/p>\n

As usual, the city was a total mess this morning, the roads covered with papers from the fireworks the night before.\u00a0\u00a0 Bailey was very curious about what all this stuff was.\u00a0\u00a0 The poor little dude had a rough day on NYE, there were so many firecrackers going off all day that we had to go to the vet in the afternoon to get something to give him because he was losing his mind.<\/p>\n

\"Spencer<\/a><\/p>\n

Spencer, on the other hand, was as cool as a cucumber.\u00a0 I think they could have been shooting the fireworks at him and he wouldn’t have blinked an eye.\u00a0\u00a0 Salem was pretty much the same, but I didn’t get a photo of him.\u00a0 He’s avoiding the camera since I cut a big knot of hair off his side and left him walking around with a giant bald spot.\u00a0 He’s so vain.<\/p>\n
