After my post about the naughty Dutch ad,\u00a0 I was talking to my friend Matt<\/a> the other day about Dutch accents.\u00a0 While I was looking for some videos to show him as an example I came across a lot of the funny Dutch television ads that have been played here over the last few years.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I couldn’t stop watching them, even though I’d seen them all on TV, there were old ones that I’d forgotten about that were so funny.<\/p>\n

This is one thing I love about the Netherlands.\u00a0 Their TV ads are so funny most of the time, especially the ‘Even Apeldoorn bellen’ ads from Centraal Beheer Achmea (an insurance company here in NL).<\/p>\n

You don’t need to understand Dutch to understand these.\u00a0 The text at the end is basically saying to call this insurance company.<\/p>\n
