I felt homesick but it didn&#8217;t take me over like it would have in the past.  It&#8217;s been so long since I&#8217;ve lived there, almost 9 years now.  It&#8217;s hard to believe it was that long ago that I was 21 and starting out on a new life of my very own.   I wonder what I would have said if someone had told me then that I&#8217;d meet the love of my life and move to Europe in just a few years.<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/mt\/pics\/sky220305sm.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" hspace=\"2\" vspace=\"2\" \/><br \/>\nClick <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/gallery\/view_photo.php?set_albumName=Sunsets&amp;id=sky220305\">here<\/a> for larger version.<\/div>\n<p>Spring officially started on Sunday, and already the sky is blazing, I took this photo from my diningroom window at about 6:30pm this evening.  The days have been beautiful this week, reaching temperatures into the high teens!  I love this because finally I can wear my no-sock shoes.  I hate sock and the sooner I can stop wearing them the better.   I love how quickly the weather starts getting nice here in the Netherlands, back in Cape Breton it&#8217;s MUD season.. sure as hell don&#8217;t miss that!  The grass is still green here, the trees are blooming!  I love spring!!
