I dare say this won\u2019t be the last catching up post though. Baby steps!\u00a0 Today is the day, I can feel it! One day I will show what I made with it but for now it\u2019s going to have to remain top secret! He\u2019d gotten sick during the night in his crate and the smell clung to him, it was disgusting. A bath was in order and he was none too pleased about it.\u00a0 Once he was out he went on with his usual post bath ritual of running around like a maniac and rubbing himself on every surface in the house.\u00a0 As you can tell by the photo, a haircut is also in order!<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Project 365 (Day 10) FU Scale!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/36166632@N00\/5343301761\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/5043\/5343301761_cf61ea8343_b.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Project 365 (Day 10) FU Scale!\" width=\"595\" height=\"404\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Project 365 (Day 10) FU Scale!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/36166632@N00\/5343301761\/\"><\/a><strong>Day 10 \u2013 FU Scale!<br \/>\n<\/strong>You know how a photo speaks a thousand words? Well, I have a thousand swear words for my scale at the moment.\u00a0 I still have not shaken that last kilo I gained over Christmas and it\u2019s ticking me off.\u00a0 In the last month I\u2019ve not gone down at all, and yeah it\u2019s only one kilo I\u2019m up, it could be much worse, but still\u2026 it\u2019s not where I wanted to be right now.\u00a0 It\u2019s also irritating me that I broke a diet that was working so well for me and I am having trouble getting back to my usual routine.\u00a0 Most people would think it\u2019s extreme, and that fretting over one measly spoonful of jam in a day is ridiculous, but I hate that I am in that \u201coh one won\u2019t hurt\u201d state of mind.\u00a0 I am going to have to do the detox part of the diet again to get the sugar out of my system, and I will know better next time when I think it wouldn\u2019t hurt to go off track just for a little while. It\u2019s really not worth it.\u00a0 The happiness I get out of seeing the weight come off is far far more pleasure than any piece of cake, cookie or spoonful of jam will ever give me.
