{"id":504,"date":"2006-10-04T16:44:24","date_gmt":"2006-10-04T14:44:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/504"},"modified":"2006-10-04T16:53:02","modified_gmt":"2006-10-04T14:53:02","slug":"molly-cleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canadutch.nl\/blog\/archives\/504","title":{"rendered":"Molly &amp; Cleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well since they have been living with us for almost two weeks, it&#8217;s probably time to introduce them!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <center><a title=\"Photo Sharing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/breigh\/252615951\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"180\" alt=\"Molly\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/100\/252615951_1cd931ce61_m.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a> <a title=\"Photo Sharing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/breigh\/252615305\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"180\" alt=\"Cleo\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/114\/252615305_a0428725bc_m.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a><\/center> <\/p>\n<p>Molly (on the left) and Cleo are our baby dumbo eared rats.&nbsp; We bought them two weeks ago after falling in love with them in one of our local pet stores.&nbsp;&nbsp; They are almost three months old and are very very cute!<\/p>\n<p>We have each claimed one that we chose to be ours.&nbsp; Molly is mine, the red eyed baby&nbsp;named after my favorite red headed 80&#8217;s teen movie star, Molly Ringwald.&nbsp; Cleo is Xander&#8217;s, which is short for Cleopatra.&nbsp; Why he chose that name, I&#8217;m not really sure.<\/p>\n<p>They are very different in temperment.&nbsp; Molly is quiet and shy, Cleo is loud and shy.&nbsp; They both scurry into a tube or under their liner whenever we come near the cage&#8230; and unlike <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/481\">Harley<\/a>, who is relatively tidy&#8230; they shit wherever their ass happens to be hanging at the time.&nbsp; Even if it&#8217;s right above our hands or shirts.&nbsp; Lovely!&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m working on the litter box training thing, but I don&#8217;t hold out a lot of hope.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Photo Sharing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/breigh\/260666712\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"183\" alt=\"Cleo Eating\" hspace=\"5\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/81\/260666712_4fac10c96d_m.jpg\" width=\"240\" align=\"left\"><\/a>Cleo hates me, whenever I pick her up she just scurries all over me making these loud chortly scream type sounds.&nbsp; She&#8217;s nice and quiet for Xander though, go figure.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously this photo was taken one of the times Xander was holding her because if it was when I had her, all you&#8217;d see is a grey blur.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>She looks so sweet and cute, but she&#8217;s the devil really.<br clear=\"left\"> <\/p>\n<p>Molly, on the other hand, is adorably sweet and she loves me&#8230; thankfully, seeing as she&#8217;s mine.&nbsp; If it weren&#8217;t for the distinct lack of testicles I&#8217;d think she was a male, because she really likes to hang out inside my shirt around my boobs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <center><a title=\"Photo Sharing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/breigh\/260666845\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"220\" alt=\"Molly Eating\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/110\/260666845_e2fa657b2e_m.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a> <a title=\"Photo Sharing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/breigh\/252616331\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"180\" alt=\"Molly in My Bra\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/117\/252616331_5305a44c27_m.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a> <\/center> <\/p>\n<p>She eats in there, sleeps in there and lucky for her (as you can see in the photo on the left) now that I&#8217;m over 30, when I lie on my back gravity takes over and my boobs part like the Red Sea, both heading for my armpits.
