We&#8217;ll be driving there Friday night to get him and bring him home with us&#8230; two more sleeps!!<\/p>\n<p>We have to go to Germany, which is pretty cool&#8230; I&#8217;ve only ever been to Germany a few times.  Once to this old water mill to have our wedding photos done, once just for kicks for a drive, and another time to check out the German Wal-Marts (they suck).<\/p>\n<p>The last time we went to Germany I was with Xander and his brother.   As we were driving along I saw a sign saying <b>Ausfahrt<\/b>, which struck me as funny and I bent over laughing and squeeking out &#8220;<i>HAHAHA ASS-FART!<\/i>&#8221;   Yeah I know, I&#8217;m so mature.<\/p>\n<p>After driving another while, and seeing sign after sign for <b>Ausfahrt<\/b>, I was amazed and said to my husband and brother in law&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;WOW, this Ass-Fart place must be HUGE!! Every exit I see is pointing there!&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>After me demanding what was so funny, and them finally managing to stop laughing.. they explained why they found my comment so funny.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ausfahrt<\/b> means <b>EXIT<\/b> in German.  Which is why it was on all the exit signs.   So it wasn&#8217;t really a mega-city afterall, bummer.<\/p>\n<p>Hey, don&#8217;t say I&#8217;ve never taught you anything.<\/p>\n<p>Oh and the German word for <strong>bellybutton<\/strong> is<b> bauchnabel<\/b>&#8230; but I&#8217;m keeping <i>THAT<\/i> story to myself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well we finally arranged it with the hedgie breeder in Moers when we will be picking up our new wee one.
