Saw my dietician today and she was pleased with my progress.   I felt pretty good considering I&#8217;d gone there in a pair of jeans that spent the last 2 years in the closet.  <\/p>\n<p>I commented about how slow I was losing but she said not to sweat it, that you lose inches quicker than kilos (or lbs) so as long as I&#8217;m noticing changes and my weight is going down, it&#8217;s cool!<\/p>\n<p>Not been biking as much as I should be, have to change that this week.   I know I said that last week but bleh&#8230; I really need to get a gym membership so I can get a bit of variety.   The bike gets a bit boring after a while.<\/p>\n<p>Week 1: 0 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 2: 2 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 3: 2 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 4: 2 lbs GAINED<br \/>\nWeek 5: 7 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 6: 0 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 7: 2 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 8: 3 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 9: 1 lb lost<br \/>\nWeek 10: 2 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 11: 0 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 12: 2 lbs lost<br \/>\nWeek 13: 1 lb lost<\/p>\n<p>Total lost: <b><font color=\"#FF0080\" size=\"4\">20 LBS!!!!<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Finally I&#8217;m tipping over the 20 lb mark!!
