Holy christ on a crutch! It actually<\/i> exists!!<\/p>\n

As I mentioned in one of my prevoius posts we recently ordered a Juwel Rio 180<\/a> aquarium from our local pet store. When we ordered it, the guy said that they would set it up with the backing on it, set the filter up and deliver it straight up to our flat. That worked for me! They said they’d come today after 4pm and that they’d bring it upstairs, since we live on the 3rd floor.<\/p>\n

Someone showed up at 3:25pm, an older guy I’d never seen before and he kept yelling from the bottom of the stairs for me to come down and help him. There was the aquarium, which is a 180L tank and the cupboard that goes below it… they were both quite heavy for me. He dropped it off and then left and I wasn’t really impressed at all, especially about an hour later when my back started feeling weird. Hopefully it won’t be like the time I carried the boxes of tiles up the stairs when we were renovating… I dunno what I did to my back then but shit, did it hurt!<\/p>\n

\"Flowers\"<\/a> When Xander got home we realized that they also sent the wrong cupboard. So he phoned the guy up at the shop and told him about it all. He was extremely apologetic and said that he had even asked the delivery guy if he needed someone to go help him carry it up and he said no. What if I was an 80 year old or something, eish!<\/p>\n

Not even a half hour later the guy from the shop was here with the proper cupboard and some cork bark (floating bark that people use in turtle tanks for them to sit and float around on) Not just that, but also the flowers in the pic, for me!! Woah! <\/p>\n

Of all the times I’ve ever bitched about customer service in the Netherlands… I can honestly say that no Canadian salesman has EVER come to my house and given me flowers after they screwed something up! <\/p>\n
