So going back to my 25 Things That Annoy Me<\/a> list for 25peeps<\/a>, this morning I heard from number 19.<\/p>\n

That was it, the full extent of the conversation.<\/p>\n

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind helping people and if I have info they need I’m more than happy to give it. I’m not a total asshole who just gets pissed off if people need something from me.<\/p>\n

What pisses me off is when people I know seem to only<\/em> acknowledge my existance in times of need. Maybe it’s because I don’t have that many friends here, hell, maybe I don’t have that many friends because<\/em> I’m so fussy about what they do, who knows. The thing is though, I want friends that call me up and chat just for the sake of chatting. People who want to hang out, do things and get to know me…<\/p>\n

This one person in particular will message me, ask me how to do \/ how to use \/ where to find \/ what to do with – something, then tell me about her plans to meet up with another (mutual) friend in town to sit on a terrace in the sun and have drinks etc… but doesn’t ever offer for me to go along.<\/p>\n

Again, don’t get me wrong… I also don’t expect people I know to include me on everything they do, but I guess I’m a different kind of person. If I’m talking to one friend and am asking their help with something and have plans to meet another friend to do something nice later. I’ll either tell them about it and ask them to come along, or just keep my mouth shut about my plans.<\/p>\n

Hell, I even found this chick’s job for her. (Forwarded her to the shitty job I used to have… which is equally shitty for her but hey, it’s money)<\/p>\n

Bah I don’t know. I’d like the girl and I’d really like to be friends, but I can’t say I’m getting the same feeling from her.<\/p>\n
