Yesterday is snowed in the Netherlands and I woke up and squealed like a crazy person.  Thankfully I was home alone as it was one of the few days this month that my husband was called in to work.  I thought about going out to take photos but it was so dark and dreary that I decided not to.  This morning we had a bit more snow and I went out with hubby and the dogs to snap a few while we went for a walk.<\/p>\n

Here are some photos of the three loves of my life:<\/p>\n

First, my darling husband, who stole my hat to wear because his new one itches.  You can\u2019t see me in the photo but I\u2019m wearing the itchy hat, and yeah it itched me too.  The things we do for love!<\/p>\n

This was only Pixel’s second time ever seeing snow. Last year she was still quite young and was not at all a fan.  She\u2019d scoot around in it but for the most part she\u2019d whine and want to go inside.  Much the same as when it rains or\u2026 the wind blows.  She\u2019s such a princess. <\/p>\n

Bailey is an old pro at the snow thing by now.  At the ripe old age of 6, he\u2019s been there and done that, but it doesn\u2019t stop him from still digging around and trying to find some tasty poopsicles.<\/p>\n

I would share some photos of myself too but I hate photos of me and thankfully, while he has many other talents, photography is not something my husband does very well.  <\/p>\n

It was nice to see the sun starting to shine as we were heading home.  We don\u2019t see nearly enough sun in the winter here in the Netherlands.   To have snow and sun on the same day, well\u2026 it just can\u2019t get any better than that.<\/p>\n

p.s. I case you are wondering about the dogs not being on leashes<\/a>, they actually were.  I photoshopped them out because they were ugly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
