I\u2019m a little late but we had snow last week!\u00a0 I was so excited!\u00a0\u00a0 Of course, it didn\u2019t last long but I managed to get some photos of it in the meantime.\u00a0 I love when it snows<\/a>!<\/p>\n

It started early in the afternoon out of nowhere and looked beautiful with the sun still shining.<\/p>\n

Then it started getting nasty.\u00a0 The wind picked up and the snow was almost blowing sideways.\u00a0\u00a0 A real and honest to god snow storm!<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t long before the kids were out.\u00a0 It amazes me how little snow the kids need here in order to make snowmen!\u00a0\u00a0 These kids didn\u2019t quite achieve that though.\u00a0 With the exception of the guy with the zigzag path, the rest of them all rolled their \u2018ball\u2019 in the same direction, ending up with something resembled a wheel more than a ball.\u00a0\u00a0 I think the next time it snows I\u2019ll have to get out there and show them how it\u2019s done \u2013 Canadian Style!<\/p>\n

This is one of the rejected \u2018balls\u2019, like most snowmen that are made here in NL when it snows, it\u2019s a mixture of snow, grass, leaves and dirt because the snow never gets deep enough to allow for anything else.<\/p>\n

Since I\u2019ve been writing this it\u2019s started snowing lightly again here in Rotterdam.\u00a0 Not that nice fluffy kind of snow though, it\u2019s that wet, almost rain type of snow that disappears the minute it hits the ground.\u00a0\u00a0 Pity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
