I am so tired I can&#8217;t figure out what needs attention more urgently. My paint splattered glasses or my unruly eyebrows.<\/em> (365 Days \u2013 Day 2)<\/p>\n<p>After watching other friends taking part in the <a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/groups\/365days\/\" target=\"_blank\">365 Days Flickr Group<\/a>.\u00a0 The challenge is to take one self portrait every day for a year.\u00a0\u00a0 Thankfully they don\u2019t all have to be face shots.\u00a0 As long as some part of your body is in the photo it still counts, like my Day 1 photo.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"The Sun Through My Fingers - Day 1\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/36166632@N00\/2867593726\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/3048\/2867593726_758bf81829.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"The Sun Through My Fingers - Day 1\" width=\"455\" height=\"341\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<em>When I was little my dad used to hold flashlights up under my hands and show me how it&#8217;d glow red. I loved it! I was reminded of that on a sunny day.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an interesting project.\u00a0\u00a0 I love looking at the imaginative photos other people come up with, like <a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/photos\/87559748@N00\/sets\/72157603456719510\/\" target=\"_blank\">Staci<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verypink.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Verypink.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Considering I don\u2019t particularly like taking photos of myself, this will definitely be a challenge.\u00a0 I see a lot of hand shots in my future!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I just woke up from a nap during my painting break (hence the red cheeks).
