{"id":1322,"date":"2008-08-12T21:09:06","date_gmt":"2008-08-12T19:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/1322"},"modified":"2010-01-25T13:32:35","modified_gmt":"2010-01-25T11:32:35","slug":"quilt-sampler-cross-stitch-progress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canadutch.nl\/blog\/archives\/1322","title":{"rendered":"Quilt Sampler Cross Stitch Progress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Quilt Sampler Cross Stitch Progress\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/36166632@N00\/2757767104\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/3293\/2757767104_9063b67848.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Quilt Sampler Cross Stitch Progress\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Well I\u2019ve been working on the quilt sampler cross stitch I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breigh.com\/wordpress\/archives\/1017\" target=\"_blank\">mentioned a little while ago<\/a> and I think it\u2019s coming along pretty well.\u00a0\u00a0 The pattern called for it to be stitched across 2 stitches but I couldn\u2019t be arsed, I just did it normally.\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s still coming out nicely anyway.<\/p>\n<p>I have to admit, it\u2019s not as fun to do as other cross stitches I\u2019ve done.\u00a0 With previous ones it was fun to watch a picture come out of my work, with this it\u2019s more just about shapes and figures.\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s still an interesting change though.<\/p>\n<p>There are 16 squares so it\u2019s still going to take a little while to complete, but not nearly as long as I thought it would at first.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll have to see it when it\u2019s finished before I decide if I\u2019m going to have it framed or try to do it myself.\u00a0 It will depend on how much I like it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well I\u2019ve been working on the quilt sampler cross stitch I mentioned a little while ago and I think it\u2019s coming along pretty well.\u00a0\u00a0 The pattern called for it to be stitched across 2 stitches but I couldn\u2019t be arsed, I just did it normally.\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s still coming out nicely anyway.
