Project Fatass Continues…

I know it’s been a long time since I wrote about my Project Fatass progress, I think it was because I felt like I wasn’t making any.

I’m not sure who Michal Keach is, nor do I care… but I do know that I’ve now lost as much as that big ugly fish weighs.

I seem to have a thing with comparing my weight loss to fish, but it works for me.

It’s taken me a little over 2 months to get off the 5 lbs between 25 – 30 lbs lost and it’s felt like forever.  I know it’s my own fault though because other than eating properly I haven’t done a whole lot to get it off.  I’ve not been on my bike in months, nor have I been out walking… and I’m yet to find a gym.   I have been generally more active in life though so that appears to be paying off.

I find it hard to notice a difference in myself.   Other than clothes fitting better I don’t really see it and 30 lbs doesn’t FEEL like a lot compared to how much I still have to go.   I said that at 25 lbs and will probably say it at 50 lbs too.

When I look at the guy trying to hold up the 30 lbs, I do realize how much less I am carrying around now though.

Time to push on to 35!
