I’ve lost the exercise bug, can’t seem to get myself walking or biking for the life of me. I need to join a gym and I need a gym buddy so I am more motivated to go.

Good news is I’m still eating well so my weight is still decreasing. Going to push hard to tip past the 20 lb point for next week, but this is already more weight than I’ve ever lost in my life, so I’m pretty chuffed with myself.

Going to bed now, looking forward to this day being over.

  1. Ohh good luck with this. I’ve been struggling to lose weight now for years. But, with my new job I don’t comfort or boredom eat and that’s really a good thing. I was looking for a gym buddy too, but you live toooo far away..

  2. Congrats on losing the weight. And, though I can’t go with you, I can at least yell at you if I don’t hear about you working out. :) That is, if I dare the gym again myself. Sleep well. Tomorrow will bring a better day.

  3. You’re doing great!

I’m having the same problem, I walked consistently for 10 – 12 weeks and just lost the motivation. They say to find another activity to do to regain the motivation. I don’t know, I haven’t found it yet, lol, but as long as you eat well you should still be losing weight, which obviously you are. So keep up the good work!

  4. Good luck! My co-worker lost 50lbs this year just by changing the way she ate/drank. She hardly worked out at all.
