Good Hormones

Today is a good day, a VERY day! This morning we had our followup appointment with the specialist for our test results and everything is A-OK!!! All the tests came back fine! I don’t have PCOS like they suspected, according to the tests my hormones levels are perfect and I am definately ovulating. Xander’s tests went ok as well, so he sees abolutely no reason at all why I shouldn’t be getting pregnant! It’s such a relief, and definately what I needed. I just needed someone to tell me everything is ok and it’s just a matter of time. It was so frustrating when it wasn’t happening and I didn’t know if it was because there was a problem with one of us. Now I know it’s just a matter of waiting till the time is right. I’m so excited!

School is still going well, but I’m not sure I’ll be staying with this class and it kind of sucks. When I was on the tram going home yesterday with the chinese lady in my class, she met up with a friend of hers who speaks English and helps her with dealing with things for school. She was saying that she was speaking to her case worker and was told that she’s only going to be in this school for four weeks and then she’ll be starting classes closer to home, in Lombardijen. That’s where I live as well so I suspect if classes are going to start nearby that I will be moved too. We called my case worker and she wanted to make an appointment with us because she said she’s not sure why I’m in classes so far away. I find that kind of odd, seeing as she’s my case worker I’d figure she’s the exact person who would know where I’m going to class and why. Anyhow, I’d tell them I want to stay where I am, because I like the girls I’ve met but if they are splitting people off and sending them to class closer to home I may end up there all by myself eventually.

If they decide to switch me I’ll go, if they decide to leave me there I’ll stay. I just hope there are some people like I am with now in the new place. It would be more handy to go to school at the college near my house, it’s only a 5 minute bike ride rather than a 45 min trip by tram/bus. Anyway, we’ll see! I’ll leave it up to fate! Either way I’m gonna learn Dutch if it kills me!
