Passion of Christ

I’ve been in a pretty foul mood all day. There’s no reason for it but no way to get out of it either. I can’t be arsed with the housework, can’t be arsed to go for a walk or a bike ride, and I can’t be arsed with my diet.

The witch is IN!!

The only thing saving me and anyone within a five mile radius right now is that at this very moment on Net5 is none other than the very very first show ever of Sex and the City. This is one of my favorite TV shows ever and I’ve never seen the first episode. It will be on at this time every day starting from the beginning so I get to watch it all again and see any episodes I missed. Xander groans and rolls his eyes when it comes on but I don’t care, men should hate this show because this show hates them!

I have my intake interview for my Dutch classes on September 9 and hopefully I’ll be able to start my classes shortly after that. I’m going to call tomorrow to see if I can get an earlier appointment because I’m worried I’ll miss out on the start of classes in September and have to wait or something. I need something to stimulate me mentally, it’s been too long and I feel like my brain is starting to rot away in my head.

Passion of Christ We watched this movie this week. It took us two nights because I fell asleep the first night. That is, after 40 minutes fucking around with it trying to get the subtitles working with the Divx player. Anyway, we finished it the night before last and.. BLECH!! I hated it! It was just a big mess of foreign languages and blood. Seriously, the greater percentage of the movie was the march to the hill to the crucifixion took place. Ok so I know that’s what the description said but I still thought I’d walk away with more than a queezy belly and 127 minutes of my life lost. I can imagine how it must have been for more religious people who feel they can identify with the story or feel some emotional attachment to it. All I can say is they should be thankful they had Mel Gibson’s name tacked onto this movie, that’s about the only thing it has going for it.

Been messing around with this website a lot lately. Changing little bits and bobs, adding pages and just general upkeep. I’m thinking of changing the theme (backgrounds, icons etc) but I might wait a while. I was thinking maybe I’d change each season. Like have one for fall, winter, spring etc. It will depend on how difficult it is to make the changes of course, otherwise I might just make a front page like for special occasions. Man, can you tell I’m getting shackwacky and am eager to get to school and do something. I’m making this website to death out of boredom! haha

New page today is the Things Me and My Husband Have Argued About page.. Been writing things in there as I remember them. Figured some might find them entertaining. :)
