365 Days – It’s a Challenge Alright!

Day 2 - Painting Break
I just woke up from a nap during my painting break (hence the red cheeks). I am so tired I can’t figure out what needs attention more urgently. My paint splattered glasses or my unruly eyebrows. (365 Days – Day 2)

After watching other friends taking part in the 365 Days Flickr Group.  The challenge is to take one self portrait every day for a year.   Thankfully they don’t all have to be face shots.  As long as some part of your body is in the photo it still counts, like my Day 1 photo.

The Sun Through My Fingers - Day 1
When I was little my dad used to hold flashlights up under my hands and show me how it’d glow red. I loved it! I was reminded of that on a sunny day.

It’s an interesting project.   I love looking at the imaginative photos other people come up with, like Staci from Verypink.com.

Considering I don’t particularly like taking photos of myself, this will definitely be a challenge.  I see a lot of hand shots in my future!

Some days are more challenging than others. Just be sure to ALWAYS TAKE A PHOTO. Pets help a lot. :)
